The 19th Annual S. AZ LULAC Youth Leadership Conference
March 18, 2008
 “The Key To Success Is Through Education:
Safety and Prevention Pave the Way!”
 We'relooking forward to a successful conference in 2008...for the 19th year!
Students will participate in Special Topic workshops by Community Leaders. More than

Conference Goals: 
- To promote learning as vital to all children and encourage the
participation of the community in all facets of this promotion.
- To offer youth in middle and high school an opportunity to improve,
maintain or better their opportunities while attending school.
- To offer resources via a career, public safety and health careers fair
on learning about a variety of career options and the necessary
educational requirements.
- To provide youth with important information and resources for academic
and scholarship needs.
- To provide youth with important access, information and resources for
health, mental health, safety and social services needs via interactive
workshops and career fair.
- To promote higher education or trade certification as important needs
for personal and economic development.
- To promote, enhance or develop individual leadership skill development
through the conference fairs, workshops and motivational keynote speaker.

To recognize the talent that exists in our
 youth via an art and essay
contest that speaks to the conference theme.
